TRANSiTION Consortium Partners

The TRANSiTION project brings together an interdisciplinary consortium of 25 partners from 14 countries with extensive expertise in the development, assessment, and successful implementation of continuous professional development and training programmes in health. TRANSiTION is expected to foster up-skilling and reskilling in the context of digital health solutions for the health workforce and non-clinical professionals.
