Amy Van Buskirk is the Vice President/Franchise Head for the Lung, Agnostic, Skin and Rare Cancers team within Roche Global Product Strategy. In this role, Amy partners across the Roche organization and with external stakeholders to unlock the full potential of our Roche science, portfolio, services, and teams to improve outcomes for oncology patients. Prior to this role, Amy was the General Manager of Roche Pharmaceuticals in Sweden and led the Project Management Office for the Roche Pharma International transformation. Amy’s career with Roche and Genentech spans 19 years during which she has held a variety of roles of increasing responsibility across a diverse set of therapeutic areas including Franchise leadership, strategy, sales, marketing, operations, and analytics. Prior to joining Roche in 2002, Amy worked in clinical research for an ophthalmic pharmaceutical company. She received a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from the University of Washington and a Masters of Business Administration from Duke University. In 2021, Amy was recognized as one of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) Luminary award recipients.
