Mélodie Bernaux

Project Director, eHealth Delegation, French Ministry of Health and Prevention

Mélodie Bernaux, M.D., MPH, MSc is project director “European health data space” at the eHealth delegation of the French ministry of Health.

She has been a member of the steering Committee for Human Rights in the fields of Biomedicine and Health (CD-BIO) since 2020.

She joined the eHealth Delegation from the Directorate General for Health, where she conducted the 2021 revision of the French bioethics laws for all aspects related to reproduction, genetics, artificial intelligence in healthcare and medical care of intersex children.

In her previous work at Greater Paris University Hospitals, Melodie was project lead for secondary use of health data for strategic analyzes and hospital management. During the COVID crisis, she also coordinated  the COVID data task force.
