Martina joined EUROPA DONNA – The European Breast Cancer Coalition in September 2022 as Policy and Research Officer. She manages the organisation's policy and advocacy efforts, engaging with EU policymakers, industry representatives, health professionals, and experts. She represents the organisation in various projects and multi-stakeholder groups. Previously, Martina coordinated humanitarian programmes addressing gender-based violence and women's rights with UN Agencies and INGOs. She also has experience in strategic planning and fundraising for NGOs. Martina holds an MA in Human Rights and Multi-level Governance from the University of Padua, Italy.
