Marcia Costa

Senior Editor, The Lancet Oncology

Dr Márcia Costa is a senior editor at The Lancet Oncology. Prior to this, Dr Costa studied biomedical engineering and biophysics at the University of Lisbon (Portugal), followed by a PhD in cancer therapy at the Institute of Cancer Research (UK). After a post-doctoral position at the same institute, Dr Costa joined The Lancet Group as an Assistant Editor in 2018.
