Kay Duggan-Walls

Kay Duggan-Walls is Policy Officer and Seconded National Expert at the European Commission’s Research and Innovation Directorate. She works in the Combating Diseases Unit on the EU Cancer Mission. Among her responsibilities is supporting the EU CCI4EU project as well as the ECHoS project to establish National Cancer Mission Hubs. She has been at the European Commission since September 2022.

She has worked in the Health Research Board (HRB) as National Contact Point and as an expert on the Health Programme Committee for FP7, Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe for 12 years.
