
At INCa, Thomas advises the President and Director General and manages the Institute's European and international activities. Among his key missions, he is currently coordinating the EUnetCCC Joint Action and the G7 Cancer initiative.
Before joining INCa, Thomas was Diplomatic Adviser to the Cabinet of the Minister for Families, Children and Women's Rights and Political Adviser at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Development.
Thomas holds a PhD in demography from the National School for Social Sciences Studies, and pursued additional training at Science Po, the National School for Administration and Harvard University.
