Darian Meacham

Chair of the Philosophy Department and Principal Investigator for Ethics, Maastricht University. 

Darian Meacham is chair of the Philosophy Department and Principal Investigator for Ethics and Responsible Innovation at the BISS Institute at Maastricht University in the Netherlands. His research focuses on how new and emerging technologies change the ways that we live, work and also think about ourselves and our communities. Most importantly, he wants to ensure that we use digital technologies to improve our well-being and help us lead healthy and fulfilling lives.

He has studied and worked in Canada, Belgium, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands and currently lives in Brussels.
