Dr. Igor Grabovac

Igor Grabovac leads an interdiscriplinary team of researchers and practitioners and focuses on the health and wellbeing of marginalized, vulnerable or otherwise underserved communities.

He is the coordinator of the Horizon 2020 CANCERLESS project, focusing on primary and secondary cancer prevention in people experiencing homelessness as well as Horizon Europe project CO-CAPTAIN, which focuses on reducing cancer burden throught primary prevention in people experiencing mental ill health. Both of the project utilize navigation concepts and participatory co-design as a key to success.
