Senior Director at the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO)
Ms. Merrill provides programmatic and strategic oversight to the ASCO's initiatives related to cancer care delivery and innovation. She also provides content expertise for legislative and regulatory analysis, education initiatives, and serves as Project Director for ASCO’s Rural Montana Access pilot.
Prior to joining ASCO, she held a range of positions with public health and medical associations. Ms. Merrill earned her bachelor’s degree in Speech and Communication Studies, with a minor in Health Science, from Clemson University, and a master’s degree in Health Education from Virginia Polytechnic and State University. She has maintained the credential of Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) since earning it in 2008. Ms. Merrill is a Doctoral Candiate (ABD) in Health Administration through Central Michigan University.
