Leonhard (Leo) Schaetz has worked for 25 years in the healthcare industry. With degrees in chemistry and economics, he is driven by the desire to transform scientific progress into real benefits for patients and societies and his personal purpose is to overcome barriers that slow down the adoption of innovation.
He has worked across wide-ranging health areas such as primary and specialty care, and oncology. He covered functions in business, access, medical, and general management on national and international level.

Currently Leo works as International Head Health System Readiness and Partnership for Novartis in the area of Radioligand Therapies.
