Mounia Mounawar is the Vice President and Global Head of Biomarkers & Companion Diagnostics at Menarini Stemline. She has an extensive career in Biomarkers and Companion Diagnostics in Oncology, where she has played a pivotal role in advancing personalized medicine and expanding global testing access. Mounia’s work is characterized by her comprehensive end-to-end approach to personalized medicine initiatives, significantly enhancing testing strategies and access worldwide.

In her current role, Mounia oversees the implementation of high-quality biomarker testing strategies accross Menarini's pipeline, collaborates with diagnostic partners, and engages with external quality assessment organizations and scientific leaders. Her responsibilities also include ensuring strategic and scientific excellence and contributing to policy shaping across the organization.
