Antanas Montvilla

Vice-President, European Junior Doctors Association (EJD)

Antanas is a radiologist currently based in Lithuania, working at a hospital of the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences Kaunas Clinics and serving as a vice-president for European Junior Doctors Association. Antanas has been actively advocating for better digital health and soft-skills training for European Doctors for the last several years through participation in numerous pan-European projects and events aimed at preparing a new generation of doctors to address the current shift in healthcare initiated by major trends like digitalisation, ageing population and increase in the prevalence of chronic conditions.  Antanas also led the creation and introduction of the first digital health course for medical students in Lithuania. Antanas also finished his Executive Master's studies in Health Economics, Policy and Management at the London School of Economics and Political Sciences (LSE).
