Associate Professor Mihail Okoliyski was born on June 21, 1972. He started his career as an expert at the Bulgarian office of the World Health Organization in 2014, and later became its chairman. He has directed the Department of Mental Health at the National Center for Public Health and Analysis. Graduated from the “Social Therapy” at the Humboldt University in Berlin, Germany, and obtained a doctorate in psychotherapy at the same University. Assoc. Mihail Okoliyski is a member of the Executive Committee of the European Network for Mental Health Service Evaluation (ENMESH). Currently he is a Deputy Minister in the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Bulgaria.
