Rebecca is a Manager at Vintura, a Life Sciences Consultancy. She acts as the Secretariat for the European Alliance for Value in Health (“the Alliance”) and co-organises the Vintura-EFPIA Think-Tank on Value-Based Health Care (VBHC).
Established in 2020, the Alliance is a group of associations that represents a broad range of stakeholders including patients, scientific and professional societies, healthcare managers and professionals, hospitals, payers and industry. Its shared vision is a Europe where health systems are value-based, sustainable, and people-centred.
To shift to VBHC, stakeholders need to firstly understand each other, and secondly align on their respective roles in a value-based health system. Rebecca has driven and co-authored 2 publications for the Alliance which address this: “Talking Value: A Taxonomy on Value-Based Healthcare” and “A Compass for Collaboration: Navigating Stakeholders’ Roles in Transitioning To Value-Based Healthcare”.
Rebecca is passionate about health system policy-shaping to improve care and timely access to treatment, including the shift to VBHC.
