
Uliana Sydor is an international project manager at the Central City Clinical Hospital of Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine, specialising in healthcare innovation and European cooperation projects. With more than 13 years of experience, she has led and supported the development of cross-border and transnational initiatives focused on improving healthcare services, prevention, resilience, and patient outcomes. Her core expertise lies in stakeholder engagement and the coordination of partnerships between healthcare providers, local authorities, civil society organisations, patients, and international institutions. Uliana is actively involved in Interreg projects and contributes to strengthening cooperation and knowledge exchange across European healthcare ecosystems.
