REGISTER_now.pngThe event is part of INTERACT-EUROPE 100, a project aiming at fostering a patient-centred approach to quality cancer care through the implementation of an Inter-Specialty Cancer Training Programme in at least 100 Cancer Centres in Europe.

The event will begin with a welcome speech by ECO President, Prof. Csaba Degi, setting the stage for insightful discussions and presentations and we will be joined by other high-level figures, including representatives from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the EU Delegation, and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. Topics will include the assessment of healthcare needs for displaced Ukrainians, examining the distribution of refugees within the EU and the key problems related to their access to medical services, especially for cancer patients. The meeting will also highlight the role of life-long education and interdisciplinary approaches in fostering effective communication and trust between healthcare providers and Ukrainian patients in the EU.
