EU-CIP is a Horizon Europe initiative working to improve access to high-quality, evidence-based cancer information for patients, survivors and caregivers across all member states in an innovative, unified manner. By creating a coordinated network of patient-centred cancer information portals supported by a shared library of trusted content, the project is designed to strengthen health literacy, reduce inequalities in access to information and support more informed decision-making for all.

This stakeholder forum forms a key part of the project’s co-creation approach. Participants will take part in a highly interactive discussion focused on two core perspectives:

• One session will explore what the project can concretely do to support patient empowerment, accessibility and digital health literacy. Participants will be invited to share their perspectives on trust, inclusivity and the role of digital tools in complementing human care.

• The second session will focus on how the portal could be integrated into clinical practice and used to support communication between healthcare professionals and patients.

The outcomes of these discussions will be shared in a plenary session and will inform the project’s ongoing stakeholder overall engagement, outreach and policy work
